Institutional Access

Research institutions may wish to require completion of CORE-2022 (full or partial) by their members, for instance, for course credit, as a prerequisite for thesis approval, or as a prerequisite for the review of research projects by research ethics boards. Institutions that wish to verify whether their members (e.g., students, faculty, staff) have completed CORE or CORE-2022, may apply for Institutional Access (see below).

The Secretariat on Responsible Conduct of Research grants Institutional Access to designated individuals authorized by their institutions to access the information available in this context. The designated individuals will be able to:

view the completion status of an individual member within their own institution; and
export data related to the successful completion of the course by these members (in CSV form) for record-keeping purposes.
